This data represents the conditional probability of Attack type given Country and Target Type using data from 1970-2014. The definition of these parameters is found in http://www.start.umd.edu/gtd. For example, the larger the rank the more likely the combined attack types will occur. For example, it is most likely that an attack will occur on Columbia Airports with a Score of 12 and Rank of 860. Information on more than 140,000 Terrorist Attacks The Global Terrorism Database (GTD) is an open-source database including information on terrorist events around the world from 1970 through 2014 (with annual updates planned for the future). Unlike many other event databases, the GTD includes systematic data on domestic as well as international terrorist incidents that have occurred during this time period and now includes more than 140,000 cases.
