Description
Reports the Crime Rate categories of not getting arrested in 2014-2015 in the Wards, Districts, and communities of Chicago. For example, a Score of 1.0 and Rank of 1 means this type of crime is the one most likely not to get an arrest for. Looks like District 25 is where a criminal can commit a crime and not get arrested.
